Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

About Me

I offer individual and relationship therapy consultation based on relational systems and mindfulness based theories. I believe one does not need to identify a particular problem to benefit from therapy, however I am experienced in working with anxiety and depression, chronic stress, trauma recovery, work stress, chronic pain, partner/couples issues, family relationships and other challenges. My post-graduate work has focused on dynamics of family and interpersonal relationships and yoga/mindfulness principles for anxiety and mood regulation. I am also an iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation level 2 trained teacher. If interested, please read more about iRest on my website.

As a social worker, I recognize the importance of being informed as well as exercising humility in relationship to social injustice, discrimination and oppression as it impacts individual, family and community well-being. I am an ally to and LGBTQ affirming. Please visit my website for more information: pittsburghtherapist.org
